Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Northwest Corridor Project

ATSER has been selected by the Goergia Department of Transportation (GDOT) to provide a Material Acceptance Testing System (MATS). GDOT expects to expand their innovative delivery department projects. This increase required GDOT to identify a more robust software solution that would assist with the vailidation of design builders' acceptance programs. The FHWA CFR 23 requires the agencies to validate material acceptance results from design builders. Historically, GDOT made use of their own in-house software solution, but with the expected increase of strategic projects, GDOT was seeking a more comprehensive solution.

Washington DOT Tacoma Narrow Bridge

ATSER was selected by the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to provide professional quality management services and systems in support of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge Project in Tacoma, Washington. This $849 million project added a second suspended tolled bridge crossing over the Tacoma Narrows waterway located 30 miles southwest of Seattle.

METRO Transit Authority

ATSER was selected to provide Strategic Quality Assurance Oversight Services on METRO Solution, Phase 2. ATSER, in conjunction with METRO staff, is monitoring & evaluating facility provider firms' quality assurance programs through the collection of relevant data, management of the data via

ATSER’s Assure-ITTM software tools, analysis of the data for significant trends, testing and production of reports for METRO.

Houston Independent School District (HISD)

ATSER's Construct-IT™ and Track-IT™ web-based technology is being utilized to provide integrated Program Management information for use by the Houston Independent School District. The software has been used since the planning stage of the Rebuild HISD Bond program and is being used through the design phase and into the construction phase of the bond program. Ultimately the software will continue to be used as the assets transition into the operations and maintenance phases of the program life-cycle.

Harris County (HCTRA)

ATSER developed, delivered, and now operationally supports a web-based Capital Projects Management Tracking System (CPMTS) to provide tracking of capital projects throughout all phases of design, bidding, and construction. ATSER’s Construct-IT™, Assure-IT™ and Track-IT™ web-based technologies have been integrated together to meet the needs of Harris County. A GIS interface is the principal entry point into the hundreds of projects contained within that database and has been a major feature in the success of implementation.

Harris County Sports & Convention Corp

ATSER's Construct-IT™ and Track-IT™ web-based technology were utilized to provide integrated Project Management information for use by the Harris County Sports Authority. The software was used to coordinate activities of the design consultant team and value engineering. It was also used to facilitate design reviews and coordination with two major tenants, generate status reports, manage review of the consultant’s requests for additional services. Additionally, the software automated the review and approval of monthly pay requests. During the construction phase, the software was used to enhance coordination of the activities of the Construction Manager. Also it was utilized to support review and approval of monthly pay requests, quality assurance inspection, monitoring of the project schedule and review and approval of any change order requests.

Interstate I5 Reconstruction

ATSER was responsible for verification of the construction quality results of 22 miles of I-15 design-build reconstruction for the Utah Department of Transportation. This was done with a highly compressed construction schedule of only 60 months progressing at a rate of over $1 million per day.

PTP Transportation

PTP Transportation is a turnkey provider of transportation construction services including environmental studies, design, right-of-way acquisition, and utility relocation. PTP required a web-based solution to increase collaboration, automate workflow, and optimize performance.
