Data and Cybersecurity Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Information Security Manager to join our growing team! As a leading provider of enterprise construction management software solutions, ATSER is committed to building a secure environment for our clients and internal data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive information security program to protect company and customer assets and data.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Manage and maintain security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, following established procedures.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends to ensure the company’s security posture remains robust.
  • Partner with IT and other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.

Education/Skills:

  • Possess Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or ISACA Certified in Risk Information Systems Control (CRISC).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining information security policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, including risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
  • Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in security tools and technologies (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, etc.) is a plus.
