With a heightened number of people utilizing air transportation for their travel needs, airports face continuous challenges. Whether it is dealing with growing regulations, increased safety requirements, or more restrictive construction and maintenance guidelines, airports need a construction management partner who understands their needs and goals. One of the largest airports in the United States, George Bush Intercontinental Airport, found such a partnership with ATSER. While working on this project, our team was responsible for providing the design management, project control systems, contract administration, construction management and field inspection services, geotechnical engineering studies, and more. Through our work on this project, we were able to save this airport both time and money while delivering to them quality results.
