Houston Based Program Management Firm Opens Fort Worth Office
ATSER, a program and construction management firm, today announced the recent opening of its Fort Worth office located at 6850 Manhattan Boulevard, Suite 110, Fort Worth, Texas 76120. This new office is setup to meet the demands of ATSER¹s growing North Texas client base.
This announcement follows a recent decision by the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) Board of Directors to award DFWIA Integrated Partners a position on the Airport Development Team (ADT). Presently, DFW is three-years into phase-one of a 20-year Master Plan designed to build up DFW infrastructure. On phasetwo, ATSER will serve as a joint venture partner of DFWIA Integrated Partners, providing leadership in Construction Quality Management, Project Administration, and Design Oversight.
The contract awarded DFWIA Integrated Partners is for one-year with three, one-year renewable options, to assist DFW¹s growth through development. Although, phase-two scope of work is not finalized, upcoming work may include parking facilities, decommissioning of the current APM system once the new one is operational, recently mandated terminal security modifications, as well as, various airfield and environmental improvements.
