ATSER Welcomes New Program Manager
ATSER is pleased to announce that William Young, P.E., has joined the firm as Program Manager. Young is a licensed professional engineer with more than 10 years of project and construction management, as well as civil and structural design, and analysis expertise. In this new position, Young is responsible for monitoring contractor compliance with plans and specifications for the ATSER City of Houston Street and Bridge projects, as well as other transportation related projects.
Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
