ATSER Has Expanded Role in City of Houston's Street and Bridge Program
ATSER, LP is pleased to announce their recently expanded role with the City of Houston Public Works and Engineering (PW&E) Department. The firm will be expanding their current Project Management / Construction Management services on Street & Bridge projects, adding water, wastewater, storm projects and utilities coordination to their original scope.
Over the past four years, ATSER successfully piloted a management system for construction. The success of this pilot has resulted in full integration of the system for all phases of Capital Improvement projects for Engineering, Construction and Real Estate (ECRE).
