ATSER Welcomes New Resident Engineer
ATSER is pleased to announce that Mark Schulze, P.E. has joined the firm as Resident Engineer. Schulze is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas with more than 15 years of project and construction management expertise. In his new position, he is responsible for managing several METRO construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. His primary duties include quality assurance, overall budget, and schedule management.
Mr. Schulze holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Society of Agricultural Engineers.
