ATSER Names Asphalt Department Manager
ATSER is pleased to announce that Mr. Edwin (Ed) Moore has joined the firm as Asphalt Department Manager. Mr. Moore brings to ATSER more than 35-years of asphalt materials experience, which includes an in-depth knowledge of multiple asphalt pavement approaches resulting from his expertise in polymer modification of asphalt binders. In this new position, Mr. Moore will manage and direct day-to-day departmental operations, as well as, lead and develop ATSER Superpave Binder Testing Laboratory growth initiatives.
Mr. Moore has a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Berry College and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Auburn University. Furthermore, he is an active participant of various professional associations and societies, which include the Association of Asphalt Paving Technologies, American Society of Testing Materials, and the Asphalt Emulsion Manufacturers Association (Corporate).
