ATSER Names New President
ATSER is pleased to announce the promotion of SeniorVice President, Robert B. Bledsoe, to President of the firm. As such, Bledsoe will lead and direct the financial and operational functions of the company ensuring the multidisciplined strengths of ATSER, are focused on future market opportunities. Since joining ATSER in 1995, Bledsoe has been involved in nearly every aspect of the firm, serving as Senior Vice President, as well as, Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Corporate Contracting Officer and Principal- in-Charge on various large scale transportation projects both locally and Nationwide.
Bledsoe is a licensed professional engineer who over the past 41 years has excelled at construction management, geotechnical engineering, construction materials science and environmental engineering. His diverse skills and expertise have been utilized on a broad spectrum of civil and architectural project types throughout the southeastern and southwestern, United States. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
