THIRD PARTY HOSTING

Many customers find it more efficient to utilize a third party hosting model for deployment of ATSER’s software suite.  Operating software through the hosting model assures a 99.999% uptime of the software, a critical requirement of the business once the value of ATSER’s software has been recognized within the organization. Utilizing dedicated servers this model also features redundant power, high bandwidth for quick availability and daily data backups and archives.  This model relieves the customer of the hassle of maintaining third party licenses (such as Oracle 10g, Crystal Reports 11, Brava 5.2 and Pendragon) as those licenses are maintained by the third party host. This model serves to provide all the data storage needed to maintain and operate using the ATSER software suite. Finally, when problems are encountered this model has all the IT support needed to maintain the 99.999% availability promised.
