Construction Management

The range of information that must be readily available through the various phases of any single construction project is formidable.   Now add to that the requirements of multiple stakeholders and multiple projects and the amount of data to be managed could become crippling using paper based or even spreadsheet based program management tools.

Does your present program management system enable quick answers across the enterprise to the following types of questions?

  • What is the current list of construction projects being managed and the key contacts for each project?
  • What contracts have been awarded for each project complete with the line item specifics for each bid item in the contract?
  • Which activities have been performed (or are scheduled to be performed) on each contract?
  • What changes have been suggested and/or approved for a given contract along with the impact of those changes on the budget and schedule?
  • What RFIs have been created and what has been the vendor response to those RFIs?
  • What standard reports are available to satisfy the needs of the various stakeholders along with the time and money spent internally to generate those reports?

If formulating accurate and timely answers to questions like these is taking away from time spent in the field (or even worse time invested with your family at home) then perhaps it is time for you to investigate the power of ATSER Program Management software.
