ATSER provided sampling, testing, analysis, auditing / verification, and documentation of materials inspection and testing. Utilizing its patented electronic verification system, Assure-IT™, ATSER statistically analyzed and verified the test data resulting from the design-build contractor’s QA / QC test results and compared to OVT and IAT test results. ATSER also conducted Owner Verification Testing (OVT) and Independent Audit Testing (IAT) of the contractor’s QA/QC testing program.
