ATSER developed, delivered and now operationally supports a web-based CIP project and contract management system (CIPMS) for the Public Works & Engineering Department. The system tracks project through the entire life cycle from Planning to Operations and Maintenance. The system also includes a unique mobile interface that makes use of handheld computers for acquisition of field construction data.
