Product Overview

Inspect-IT™ is a web-based, Inspection Automation System that generates a work order to inspect workmanship, tracks work progress and provides real time status and reporting.  When requested, ATSER builds an interface between your company’s internal enterprise management systems and ATSER’s software database to automate and integrate our web-based timesheets, purchase order, work order and inspection modules. These modules can also be integrated into your financial management system to process payroll, manage accounts payable, generate invoicing and provide job cost and general ledger summaries at the department and project level. 

Inspection Requests can be generated per pre-established contract parameters.  Workflow is built-in to route the inspection order to the appropriate professional service firms. The service requests are tracked and progressed within the system.  The System will allow creation of electronic inspection orders describing the type of work that needs to be inspected, the procedure to be used to perform the inspection, the location of the inspection, the time they need to be there, and the technician assigned to perform the inspection.  The inspection order is electronically received on the inspector’s mobile device.  The inspector will than complete the inspection and enter the results on the mobile device and then sync it back real time to the Inspect-IT™ database for review.
