Dispatch-IT™ is a web-based, Service Request Automation System that logs incoming service requests, generates a work order to address that request, tracks work progress and provides real time status and reporting capabilities to enhance client satisfaction. The system uses Caller ID data to auto populate service request fields minimizing data entry and potential errors.
When requested, ATSER builds an interface between your company’s internal enterprise management systems and ATSER’s software database to automate and integrate our web-based timesheets, purchase order, work order, and dispatch modules. These modules can also be integrated into your financial management system to process payroll, manage accounts payable, generate invoicing, and provide job cost and general ledger summaries at the department and project level.
Work Orders along with Service Requests can be generated per pre-established contract parameters. Workflow is built in to route the work orders to the appropriate professional service firms. The service requests are tracked and progressed within the system. Dispatch-IT™ also creates work orders for inspectors and technicians to be dispatched into the field. The System will allow the dispatcher to create electronic work orders describing the type of work that needs to be performed, the procedure to be used to perform that work, the location of the work, the time they need to be there, and the technician assigned to perform the work. The work order is electronically received on the technician’s or inspector’s mobile device. The technician will than complete the work and enter the results on the mobile device and then sync it back real time to the Dispatch-IT™ database for review.
