Automate-IT™ is a web-based suite of software tools utilzied to collect, manage, report and analyze engineering and construction data.

ATSER has applied this technology-driven management approach nationally and developed electronic systems to help manage small to billion dollar construction programs. Working independently or in conjunction with each other, this suite of software programs allow the customer to control cost, quality, schedules and documentation.

The main objective of Automate-IT™ is to equip the customer with web-based project management and collaboration capabilities that provide for rigorous tracking of projects through the different phases. Automate-IT™ will also allow the customer to provide accurate, timely and consistent project and contract status on demand. ATSER’s Automate-IT™ is a patented, Internet-based bundled software application that rapidly organizes data in a relational database to allow for quick assessment and retrieval. Automate-IT™ encourages consistency, quality and control over data collection and reporting. ATSER’s software has been used to manage over $20B in projects in the last 5 Years.

Engineering and Construction Project data is stored in a relational Oracle database. Information from this database is used to generate and view reports for management. Automate-IT™ performs detailed tracking of project cost, schedule, quality, and contract administration information for all engineering and construction projects. Automate-IT™ will interface with the third party systems. All the modules are fully customizable to meet your work flow and required functionality. The software is designed to allow its forms and reports to be customized to match your current forms and reports. Automate-IT™ provides a single repository of up-to-date project information. The application does not require any client side downloads since it is a completely web based server side application.
