ATSER began as an engineering and testing company which developed software tools to assist in providing test results in real-time.  In 1998, ATSER began securing Program Management contracts.  These contracts illustrated the need to ATSER’s leadership team for an integrated software tool.  As a result, over the last decade ATSER has transformed into a software company.  Today, as ATSER expands into the marketplace, we have increasingly encountered firms who promise to deliver the same features and functionality as ATSER but who are in fact selling software that has yet to be built.  These “Vaporware” suppliers can be quickly shown for what they are by encouraging the customer to experience live software demonstrations early in their due diligence process.  Our software is not just vaporware but instead has been delivering value in some of the most complex engineering and construction projects in the United States.
